Did you know… that aside from water, the next most abundant substance in the human body is actually protein. This substance helps to repair muscle tissue and also provides a secondary resource of energy when carbohydrate reserves are depleted. If you're looking to build muscle, then protein should definitely be an integral part of your diet.

Foods that contain high levels of protein also help increase
your body's Thermo genetics. This means that your body will need to work
approximately 30% harder to process foods that are full of protein. This will
